How do I place an order?
After you have selected a product in the “IT Bank” online shop, please put it in the basket. Then, a proforma invoice will automatically be sent to you, which you will have to settle. Upon receipt of confirmation of payment, we will commence execution of your order.
How do I pay for products?
After you confirm the payment, you will immediately receive an e-mail with a proforma invoice. You can settle it by money transfer – this method is the easiest and fastest. The invoice will be forwarded to the customer by e-mail. If you wish to pay for your products in cash, you can do so in our offices in Klaipeda (Galinio pylimo g.7).
How do I purchase products by installments?
You can do so in our offices in Klaipeda (Galinio pylimo g.7). Please, bring an identification document along with you. Our managers will prepare for you a hire-purchase agreement with the Bank Ūkio for buying products.
Is it possible to inspect the products in your shop?
You may see the products in the “IT Bank” online shop found at www.itbank.lt.
When should I expect to receive the products and when can I collect it?
We shall commence the execution of the order upon receipt of the payment confirmation, of which we will duly inform you by e-mail or phone. The products are delivered at the specified address within 2 days after the payment. The courier company LEX SYSTEMS delivers our products in all of Lithuania.
May I cancel the order?
The proforma invoice is not binding on the customer to settle for the products. We kindly remind you that we commence the execution of orders only upon receipt of your payment confirmation.
May I pay for the products when receiving it?
Execution of your order will be started only after the proforma invoice is settled. Therefore, it is essential to pay for the product in advance.
How will the products be delivered when I am not present at the specified address?
Please, indicate the products delivery address (home or office address), where you could be found during the working hours. In case the courier company delivers products, when you are not present at the specified address, it will call at the designated phone number.
What shall I do in case of products damage?
The “IT Bank” guarantees to repair the product both during the warranty period and – at customer’s request – upon the expiry of the period. You only need to present the purchase invoice and the product and its parts in manufacturer’s packaging. In case of breakages, please call at
How long does the warranty repair take?
We will individually inform every customer of each product, its repair and delivery.
